Golf Courses

Golf comes with the Floridian territory and there are approximately 30 courses in and around Rotonda within a 15 - 20 mile radius. Electric golf carts are usually included in the fees and some insist you use them. May to October are the quieter months when tee times can usually be arranged the same day.

Rotonda itself offers 72 holes of championship golf courses (5 courses) which are all within a 2 -10 minute drive from our front door depending on which course you wish to play. Details and information pertaining to these golf courses can be found below:

Rotonda Golf & Country Club
100 Rotonda Circle, Rotonda

The local, local Golf Course. Rotonda Golf & Country Club has 54 holes of golf on the Cape Haze Peninsula - 3 courses with outstanding practice facilities, 3 clubhouses with fine dining, as well as casual grill rooms. They are all within 5 minutes drive of each other, and 5 minutes drive from our villa

Longmarsh Golf Club
White Marsh Lane, Rotonda

Newest golf course in Rotonda, designed by architect Ted McAnlis. This course is situated on over 300 acres. The rolling terrain hints at a links-type layout. The fairways are generous and the greens putt relatively fast but true. For the low handicapper, the tips, measuring 7120 yards, provide a pleasant challenge.

Oakland Hills Golf Course
Rotonda Circle, Rotonda

Built in 1970 and designed by Jim Petrides, this flat, 18 hole, public course features many trees and bunkers. Golfers will face narrow fairways and putting greens that feature Bermuda turf.
Other amenities at the golf course include a driving range, food and beverages.
This course accepts Visa, and tee times are taken 3 days in advance.
Guest policy - open to the public.

Palms Course Golf Course
Rotonda Circle, Rotonda

Designed by architect D.J. DeVictor of Atlanta, Georgia, The Palms opened for play in 1989. It is a collection of rolling fairways, punctuated by virtually every type of feature and hazard available. Golfers are astounded by its five finishing holes, which include six different water hazards, multi-tiered greens, and two of Florida’s most demanding holes - the 15th and 16th, back to back. The course was designed with four sets of tees that challenge all levels of skill.
This flat, 18 hole, public course features many bunkers. Golfers will face open fairways and putting greens that feature Bermuda turf. Other amenities at the golf course include a driving range, putting green, chipping area, practice bunker, food and beverages. This course accepts Visa, and tee times are taken 3 days in advance.

Pinemoor West Golf Club - Pinemoor Golf Course
Rotonda West, Florida

The 18-hole Pinemoor course at the Pinemoor West Golf Club facility in Rotonda West, Florida features all the hallmarks of Florida golf. Designed by Pete Dye, ASGCA, the Pinemoor golf course opened in 2004. Ialda Raymond manages the course as the General Manager. 18 hole regulation length course

Pinemoor East Golf Club - Pinemoor East Golf Course
Rotonda West, Florida

The 9-hole Pinemoor East course at the Pinemoor East Golf Club facility in Rotonda West, Florida features 3,700 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 36. Designed by Pete Dye, ASGCA, the Pinemoor East golf course opened in 2004. Ialda Raymond manages the course as the General Manager.
